A Mindful Walk

Combine nature and Mindfulness with this wonderful walk.

We will share a range of practices including grounding, calming, breathing and movement practices. Bring a flask and dress up warm as it's getting chilly. Suitable for beginners and everyone! So come and learn about Mindfulness and enjoy your local park at the same time. 

Meeting place: by the fallen log by the cafe in the centre of the park.
